Returns and Cancellations: Tickets once purchased cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in the event that the organizer cancels the event, or if the immersive theatre “Shiro Geki” is canceled by the organizer immediately prior to the start time due to severe weather conditions, a refund will be issued.
